The Spoke Club boasts an extensive wine cellar under the leadership of our resident Sommelier, Ludovic Garnier, featuring select vintages guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning connoisseur. Our house Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were custom crafted through a special partnership with Tawse Winery, which is situated on the gentle slopes of the Niagara Escarpment.
